Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Culture and People Strategy: 

  • Design and finalize Culture and People Success (C&PS) policies aligned with organizational goals. 
  • Develop workforce plans and programs that support overall strategic objectives. 
  • Ensure alignment of C&PS policies with the company’s mission, vision, and core values. 
  • Coach and guide organizational behavior to cultivate a high-performing, open, and transparent culture. 

Talent Management: 

  • Forecast talent needs and develop strategies to address talent gaps. 
  • Plan and implement workforce development initiatives to ensure timely availability of skilled talent. 
  • Develop and execute career development programs to foster employee growth and retention. 

Training and Development: 

  • Identify training needs across the organization and design effective learning modules. 
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to upskill employees and enhance performance. 
  • Plan and oversee management development programs to nurture future leaders. 

Employee Engagement and Relations: 

  • Conduct employee engagement activities that reinforce company core values. 
  • Foster a positive work environment through open communication and feedback mechanisms. 
  • Develop and manage employee relations policies, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of workplace issues. 

HR Operations and Policy Implementation: 

  • Oversee employee orientation, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage and salary administration, and benefits management. 
  • Administer policies and procedures related to workers’ compensation and employee assistance programs.
