Product Owner

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering from stakeholders and end users, defining and documenting user stories with clear acceptance criteria. 
• Act as a liaison between business, UX, and development teams to ensure alignment and feasibility. 
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment. 
• Review UX designs and provide constructive feedback to enhance user experience. 
• Conduct competitor analysis and propose solutions aligned with the overall business strategy. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, AI advancements, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. 
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products. 
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand customer pain points. 
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success. 
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and product positioning. 
• Identify and integrate AI-driven features to improve user experience while ensuring ethical AI use. 
• Continuously innovate to create scalable and user-friendly products.

Skills (Must Have):

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment. 
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and end users. 
• Excellent written English skills for clear and concise product documentation. 
• Expertise in requirement documentation, backlog management, and UX reviews. 
• Ability to assess requirements from both UX and business standpoints. 
• Proficiency in competitor analysis and formulating strategic product solutions. 
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools. 
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions. 
• Agile & Scrum expertise, including backlog grooming and sprint planning. 
• Basic understanding of AI, ML, and automation trends. 

Skills (Good to have):

• Experience with AI-driven products, enterprise solutions, and automation workflows. 
• Understanding of growth strategies, SEO, and digital marketing. 
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and ethical AI practices. 
• Familiarity with UX principles and user research methodologies. 
• Exposure to growth strategies, experimentation, and customer feedback loops. 
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
